Xinhua News Agency: Chinese, Dutch Ministers Hold Common Attitude Towards NATO Statements

According to Xinhua news agency, Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe and Dutch Defense Minister Caspar Veldkamp agreed on a common stance against NATO’s statements on China and Russia in a telephone conversation.

Details of the Meeting Between Ministers:

  • Minister Wang rejected NATO’s statements that China supports Russia’s defense industry.
  • Wang emphasized that he found NATO’s accusations groundless and stated that they would not accept them.
  • Stating that China is working for peace and stability, Wang said they should not provoke conflict with NATO even though they have different political systems.
