Çayır stated that the gap between pensions and minimum wage is widening and that retirees are in a difficult economic situation. He stated that despite the increase in the minimum wage, pensions are not keeping up with this increase and that social aid should be reviewed.

Reminding that the first hearing of the case regarding the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları General Chairman Sinan Ateş is approaching, Çayır stated that they will support the case as a party and that they stand by Sinan Ateş’s wife Ayşe Ateş.
