Ahmet Akın visited the Balıkesir Martyrs’ Cemetery and the historical Başçeşme Cemetery on the eve of the holiday and congratulated the citizens. Mayor Akın, who later attended the Eid celebration of CHP Balıkesir Provincial Directorate, performed the Eid prayer at Zağnos Pasha Mosque and celebrated Eid with the provincial protocol and regional tradesmen.

Ahmet Akın visited the Yılmaz family, whose house was burned down and became unusable on the first day of the holiday, and promised that they would relieve their grievances.
