The registered building, which witnessed the deep-rooted history of Aydın and served as the Social Security Institution (SGK) service building for many years, was put up for sale with a value of 43 million TL. However, when there was no buyer, the sales banner was taken down.
This historical building, which is one of the oldest buildings and served as a hospital in the past and was later used as a SGK building, was evacuated in 2016 when SGK moved to its new service building. The building, which was determined to be earthquake-proof and registered as an urban protected area, was untouchable due to registration and was therefore put up for sale.
The value of the real estate put up for sale by the Social Security Institution has been determined as 43 million liras, and the details of the tender to be held by auction on the Electronic Sales Portal on 10-11 June were announced to the public.
- Those who want to enter the tender must deposit a guarantee of 2 million 150 thousand lira.
- The building, built on an area of 729 square meters, is located in an urban protected area.
Unfortunately, there were no buyers for this registered building, and the sale banners that were hung have been taken down, and the future of the building has become a matter of curiosity.
