In his rookie season, Johnson recorded 66 catches for 976 yards and four touchdowns. He quickly established himself as a Pro Bowl talent, achieving seven 1,000-yard seasons and leading the league with back-to-back 1,500-yard campaigns in 2008 and 2009. “He was a true professional,” said former NFL defensive back Will Blackmon, who faced Johnson both in college and the pros. “He showed up, worked hard, delivered impressive numbers, and went home.”
