AK Party Karabük Deputies Cem Şahin and Ali Keskinkılıç announced that the tender for the 3rd Stage TOKİ Residences project, which will be implemented in Soğuksu District, will be renewed in August due to legislative changes.
Within the scope of the “Soğuksu TOKİ” project to be carried out by the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 866 houses, 53 workplaces, 1 Quran course, 1 mosque construction, infrastructure and landscaping will be carried out.
The MPs drew attention to the invalidity caused by the changes in the legislation in the tender and emphasized that the public should not worry. They stated that the renewed tender process would not cause any loss of rights.
AK Party Karabük Deputy Cem Şahin, in his statement on the subject, said, “We would like to state that the Soğuksu TOKİ tender, which has become invalid due to legislative changes, will be renewed in August. You can be sure that no one will lose their rights. The work will continue uninterrupted.” he said.
Another member of parliament, Ali Keskinkılıç, emphasized that the cancellation of the tender was out of the question. Keskinkılıç said, “Due to the changes made, the tender will be renewed in May, but none of our citizens will be victimized. You can be sure that the promises made will be fulfilled. The re-tender process will take place within the framework of legal obligations.” He made a statement.
