Deputy Muammer Avcı: Zonguldak Property Problems Are Being Solved

Zonguldak Deputy Muammer Avcı made statements about the cadastral works carried out to solve the property problems that have been going on for many years in Zonguldak. Avcı stated that as a result of the studies, 30 thousand parcels were registered and 54 thousand rights holders were determined for these parcels.
The Importance of Cadastral Studies
Avcı emphasized that cadastral works are an important step to solve a big problem in Zonguldak and stated that 49.66 percent of the works carried out in 582 villages and neighborhoods have been completed. He stated that citizens received their title deeds as a result of the cadastral works carried out especially in the Kırımsa neighborhood in Çatalağzı town.
Avcı stated that past errors were eliminated through cadastral update studies and cadastral maps were renewed in accordance with technology, and that property problems in Zonguldak were largely solved.
