Deniz Baykal Sports Complex Swimming Courses
Muratpaşa Municipality organizes free swimming training at the sports complex named after Deniz Baykal in Antalya. Registration for the courses, which everyone from 7 to 70 can attend, starts on June 24.
Deniz Baykal Sports Complex was established on an area of 8 thousand square meters in Kızılarık District and includes a semi-Olympic swimming pool. This facility was implemented with an investment of 30 million.
The complex, named after Deniz Baykal, the 4th Chairman of the CHP, will be opened with free swimming courses that anyone who cannot swim can attend.
Those who want to register for courses will be able to apply at spor.muratpasa-bld.gov.tr as of June 24. The training will last for a total of 8 lessons, 2 days a week, and will start on July 1. Quotas are limited.
The official opening of Deniz Baykal Sports Complex will be held on Baykal’s birthday, July 20.
