A painful incident in the Tercan district of Erzincan in eastern Turkey broke hearts. In the tragic incident that took place in the pasture of Küllüce village, an Afghan shepherd lost his life and 43 lambs perished. The incident occurred as a result of a lightning strike.

Feyzullah Kasimi, a 19-year-old Afghan shepherd who was grazing his lambs at the time of the incident, died due to lightning. Unfortunately, 43 lambs in the area where the lightning struck died.
After the painful incident, gendarmerie and District Directorate of Agriculture teams investigated the region. The body of the shepherd who lost his life was taken to the morgue of Tercan State Hospital.
