A possible disaster was prevented with rapid intervention in the truck fire that occurred on the D-100 highway in Kırklareli’s Lüleburgaz district. Arriving at the scene, Lüleburgaz Municipality fire brigade immediately intervened in the flames and took the fire under control.
In the fire that took place near the town of Büyükkarıştıran, when the truck suddenly caught fire, the teams took action upon the notice of the surrounding people and prevented the fire from threatening the surrounding structures. As a result of the successful intervention of the teams, the fire was extinguished and cooling efforts were started.
It was reported that the traffic flow on the highway, where it was disrupted for a short time, returned to normal after the fire was taken under control. A detailed investigation was launched to determine the cause of the fire.
