Based in Lebanon International Jerusalem FoundationParticipating in a press conference held in Istanbul via video conference as part of the commemoration event for the Al-Aqsa Mosque fire organized by Haled MeshalHe stressed that it was necessary to convey an important message to the entire world, and especially to Washington, to stop the attacks on the Gaza Strip.
Addressing the Islamic world and Arab countries, Meshaal called on them to “not leave Gaza alone.” He also asked the people of the world to enter “a state of anger for the victory of Gaza.”
Back to Suicide Actions
Meshal said that they were “witnessing a successful start” in the West Bank today, and that they had received signs of some suicide attacks. “We want to return to suicide attacks,” Meshal said, adding that this situation could only be corrected through open struggle. “They are waging an open war on us, and we must stand openly against them,” he said.
Sharing his thoughts on the developments in the West Bank, Meshal said:
- “Today, after 11 months, we are discussing our duties as an ummah.”
- “It is not enough to boast about resistance; what is required is to actually participate in the Al-Aqsa Flood.”
- “It is necessary to increase tensions against Israel in the West Bank and to intervene actively on the front lines.”
Meshaal warned that all fronts must be opened against Israel, otherwise Israel will take over Palestine piece by piece.
