Guide Book for Hafiz Education
This book, written by experts in the field, covers the Quran memorization training processes in detail and aims to guide students, teachers and families. Director General of Education Services Sedi Akbulut, In his statement to AA correspondent, he stated that the Presidency continues its devoted work on the subject of Quran memorization training and continues to progress in this field with new techniques and steps. Akbulut said, “We have prepared a new book on Quran memorization, which is a deep-rooted tradition in the Islamic world. Our Guide Book for Memorization Training“We plan to share it with our teachers and students in the upcoming academic year.”
Akbulut, who emphasized that the book is handled from many different perspectives, said, “Memorization is a long-term journey. Because memorizing a book consisting of 30 chapters requires a certain dedication and discipline. There are important differences between the Quran and any other book. “The needs of the child during the memorization process, the obstacles he/she encounters and the work of our experts in the field of psychological counseling are very valuable.”
Akbulut also drew attention to the fact that families should be more aware of the issue of raising hafiz, and said, “The importance of raising hafiz in the family was explained to the parents. “The elements that our teachers should pay attention to while raising hafiz were also included in our book.”
Stating that they aim to make children love Quran memorization, Akbulut said, “While we reinforce the students’ memorization, we also take care to protect their spiritual worlds.” Akbulut emphasized that psychological counseling and guidance services will be expanded in Quran memorization courses and continued as follows:
