Detentions and Attacks in Palestine
The Palestinian Prisoners Association and the Prisoners and Releasees Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization issued a joint statement announcing that Israel continues its raids in the West Bank and Jerusalem. The statement emphasized that at least 26 people were detained as a result of operations carried out by the Israeli army at night and in the morning. Thus, it was stated that the number of Palestinians detained in the West Bank and Jerusalem since October 7, 2023 has reached 10,000.
Since October 7, when Israel launched its offensive on the Gaza Strip, there has been a significant increase in detentions, raids and attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
