The National Security Council (MGK) meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has concluded. The fight against terrorism, the normalization process with Syria, and human rights violations in Gaza were discussed at the meeting.
In line with the decisions taken at the meeting, the massacre carried out by Israel in Gaza was condemned and it was emphasized that the international community should be invited to take action on this issue. It was stated that international pressure should be increased to end the attacks of the Israeli administration.
The MGK meeting also emphasized that Turkey’s stance against Israel’s attacks should be tough and that the necessary steps should be taken to prevent a possible cycle of violence in the region.
