A software-related problem experienced by Turkish Airlines (THY) in ticket sales and reservation processes today caused a widespread disruption in the aviation sector. The problem caused the company to cancel 84 flights yesterday in order not to affect its operations.
Turkish Airlines had taken urgent measures to resolve the technical issue and avoid any disruption to flights. The airline quickly resolved the situation and returned to normal operations.
