One of Israel’s leading newspapers, “Maariv”, shared the results of a survey conducted by the Lazar Research Institute. The survey was conducted on 502 Israelis who participated in the survey and yielded interesting results.
Public Opinions on the Ceasefire and Prisoner Exchange in the Gaza Strip
- In favor of a ceasefire:54% of respondents supported a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and a prisoner swap deal with Hamas.
- Opponents:24% of those surveyed were against this issue.
- Abstainers:27% of the participants remained neutral on the issue.
