At the end of the season, which has become a tradition, the list of footballers who played the most matches in Europe’s leading leagues was announced. Galatasaray’s young talent Barış Alper Yılmaz achieved a remarkable success in this list.

Barış Alper Yılmaz played a total of 70 matches for both Galatasaray and the Turkish National Team last season, reaching the top in Europe. The young player, who played in 55 matches with the red and yellow jersey, also played 15 times for the Turkish National Team. Yılmaz, who took the field for Turkey in the 2024 European Championship, managed to attract attention with his performance.

Other successful footballers who followed Barış Alper Yılmaz included Fenerbahçe’s influential Dusan Tadic and Manchester City’s Phil Foden. Both players showed significant performance with 69 matches. Tadic played in 56 matches for Fenerbahçe and 13 matches for the Serbian National Team.

Sebastian Szymanski and Kerem Aktürkoğlu also took their place on the list of those who played the most games of the season. Both players finished the season with 67 games.
