At the ceremony held at Rami Library, Yeni Şafak and Ketebe Publications writers left their mark on the ceremony with 4 awards. Our writers Aydın Ünal and Nedret Ersanel were awarded in the press/joke category. In addition, Gülşen Funda received the TYB 2023 award in the story category and Kaan Murat Yanık received the TYB 2023 award in the novel category with their works published by Ketebe Publications.

Aydin Unal:“I started writing in the 1990s. I am one of the most prolific writers in Turkey. When I was writing in Yeni Şafak, I felt like a writer. Today, when I received the TYB award, I experienced the joy of being a writer. “I wouldn’t be this happy if they gave me a Pulitzer,” he said.
Nedret Ersanel:“I am very happy to receive this award. “I would like to thank TYB,” he said.
Other Awards
The TYB Loyalty Award was presented to İrfan Çalışan, and the Outstanding Service Awards were presented to Kamil Uğurlu, Prof. Dr. Turan Koç and Belkis İbrahimhakkıoğlu. In addition, awards were given in the categories of poetry, essay, idea, review, literary criticism, memoir, travel, city, biography, children’s literature, magazine, electronic publishing, television program, television documentary, radio program, public broadcasting and private broadcasting.
