Many cities and towns under Israeli occupation, including Kiryat Shoman, Golan, Galilee, Tiberias, Safed, Akka and Eliat, were targeted by hundreds of missile and kamikaze drone attacks. These attacks caused many fires and injured dozens of Israelis.
Four occupiers were injured in Akka, while a missile hit a building in Gila and set fire to its garden. A shopping mall in Akka was also hit and its roof was damaged. The Israeli media Yedioth Ahronoy reported that many Israelis were killed and injured, but did not give an exact number.
A fire also broke out in Katzrin, a district of the Golan. Hezbollah said in a statement: “The newly established 91st Division Headquarters in the Ayelet Barracks, the 7th Armored Brigade Headquarters in the Katsavia Barracks, the 7th Brigade Armored Battalion Headquarters in the Gamla Barracks, the Golan Division Headquarters in the Nafah Base, the 210th “The Division Artillery Regiment Headquarters and the 210th Brigade Headquarters in the Yarden Barracks were bombarded with more than 200 missiles of various types.”
According to a statement from the Israeli army, counter-attacks have also been launched on the Lebanese border.
