ESMA TURAN (MUĞLA)
Muğla Provincial Police Department Traffic Registration and Inspection and Regional Traffic Branch Directorate teams carried out a meticulous work during the Eid al-Adha holiday. A total of 39 thousand 759 vehicles were inspected during the inspections carried out throughout Muğla during the holiday.
During the inspections carried out by 552 traffic personnel, 10 thousand 520 vehicles were penalized. While a total of 22 million 943 thousand 961 TL fines were imposed, the licenses of 161 drivers were confiscated and 203 vehicles were banned from traffic.
During the inspections, many methods were used in the terminals, such as lane violations by buses and helicopters, butt control, motorcycle inspection by drone, and speed control by radar. In addition, inspections were carried out on issues such as pedestrian crossings, red light violations, mobile phone use, and not wearing seat belts through the city security management system.
