19 May District Governor İbrahim Civelek and Mayor Osman Topaloğlu visited important institutions of the district to share the enthusiasm of Eid al-Adha. On this meaningful day, the police and gendarmerie personnel working for the peace and security of the society, as well as the relatives of martyrs, veterans, healthcare personnel and patients, shared the joy of the holiday.

Civelek and Topaloğlu first visited the 19 May District Gendarmerie Command and the District Police Department and celebrated the officers’ holiday. During these meaningful visits, the sacrifice and dedication of the heroic personnel carrying out the state’s security services were appreciated.

Continuing their visit without a break, Civelek and Topaloğlu visited the relatives of martyrs and veterans at their homes and celebrated their holidays. These emotional meetings were an indication of the value given to the families of the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country.
They Celebrated Holidays with Healthcare Workers and Patients
Civelek and Topaloğlu, who also visited 19 Mayıs State Hospital, congratulated the medical staff and patients there. The devoted work of healthcare professionals and the morale of the patients further strengthened the meaning of the holiday.
