Livestock farmers living in Altınbaşak village of Yüksekova district of HAKKARİ went to the plateau road with their truck to milk their small cattle when rocks fell on certain points. The villagers reached the plateau after clearing the road with shovels using their own means.
Livestock farmers living in Altınbaşak village, 40 kilometers from Yüksekova district center, go to Varbirim Plateau, 10 kilometers away, every day in the summer months to milk their small cattle. The truck carrying the Berivan women could not proceed due to the rocks falling on the plateau road. Thereupon, the villagers in the truck cleared the rocks from the road with the shovels they brought with them and reached the plateau. The villagers recorded the rock clearing efforts on the road with a mobile phone camera.
