Vatan Party Chairman Doğu Perinçek made emotional statements about Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh, who was assassinated in Iran, during a program he attended on EKOL TV. Perinçek said, “Ismail Haniyeh is also our martyr. He is the martyr of all humanity. Of course, he is the martyr of the Palestinian people, the Arab people, the entire developing world and all humanity who wants peace and tranquility in the world , who wants to live independently and freely. We share this pain wholeheartedly. We convey our condolences to Hamas, the Palestinian people and all humanity.”
Perinçek also said, “Assassinations do not change anything in these great wars. In great wars, Israel can carry out assassinations and succeed. Mossad is a great organization in that sense. But they cannot break the resistance of Gaza in any way. Forget about “Not being able to break it, Israel has lost this war. There is no war that won without effort or martyrs.”
