Ulusoy Un’s Successful Year and Rise in the Rankings
Ulusoy Un, which displayed a successful performance in 2023, closed the year with a sales revenue of 39 billion 660 million TL. The researches that determined the largest companies of Turkey announced in the recent days, once again revealing the success of Ulusoy Un. According to TİM1000 list, the company has achieved the titles of being the 210th largest exporter of Turkey and according to ISO500 research, the 243rd largest industrial organization of Turkey. In addition, it has found a place for itself as the 57th largest company of Turkey in Fortune500 list.
Ulusoy Un has a total wheat processing capacity of 2,934 tons/day, 2,088 tons/day in Samsun, 383 tons/day in Çorlu and 463 tons/day in Hatay. In addition, its subsidiary Söke Değirmencilik A.Ş. has a total wheat processing capacity of 1,481 tons/day, 640 tons/day in Aydın and 841 tons/day in Ankara, reaching a consolidated wheat processing capacity of 4,415 tons/day. This situation reinforces Ulusoy Un’s position as Turkey’s leading flour producer. The company also increases its effectiveness in the international market by exporting to 107 countries.
As a result of Capital magazine’s Capital500 research, Ulusoy Un has once again earned a solid place among Turkey’s top 500 companies. With its sales revenue of 39 billion 660 million TL in 2023, it has risen 9 places on the list compared to 2022 and became the 75th largest company in Turkey. According to the research, Ulusoy Un, the leading brand in the flour sector, has registered its strong structure by maintaining its 4th place among companies operating in the food and beverage sector in Turkey. In addition, Ulusoy Un stands out as the largest company in Samsun by a wide margin this year, as in previous years, according to the Capital500 research.

Ulusoy Un Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Eren Günhan Ulusoy made the following statement on the subject: “As in every year, we continued our rise in the lists this year.
