Özlem Nerse Karakaş (33) and her sister Rojbin Nesre (31), who lost their lives with their 8-month-old baby in a traffic accident that occurred in the Mazıdağı district of Mardin, were buried on the same day. The 8-month-old baby who lost his life in the accident was also buried with his mother.
The bodies of the sisters who lost their lives in the accident were brought to the Hacı Abdullah Akın Cemetery in the Bahçelievler Neighborhood of the Derik district.
