TMSF Launches Sale Tender for Companies Affiliated to Erciyes Anadolu Holding
Saving Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) is holding a sales tender for Hes Hacılar Elektrik and Erciyes Çelik, which are under the management of Erciyes Anadolu Holding as a trustee. This process, which also includes HES Kablo, is drawing attention.
Successful Performance of HES Cable
HES Kablo has an important position in the sector by producing in its two factories in Kayseri with approximately 1,100 personnel. The company, which is ranked 91st on the Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s ISO-500 list, attracted attention with its export performance in 2023.

Sales Tender Details
The tender to be organized by TMSF has determined a reserve price of 22 billion Turkish Liras for Hes Hacılar Elektrik and Erciyes Çelik, where the shares belonging to the Treasury will be sold.
