The country’s new Foreign Secretary David Lammy made important statements regarding his stance on Israel and Gaza during his visit to Germany. Lammy said, “We want to return to a balanced position on Israel and Gaza. We are very clear that we want to see a ceasefire. We want the prisoners to be released. The fighting must stop, the aid must arrive and I will use “All diplomatic efforts to achieve a ceasefire.”
