According to the Israeli army’s statement, Israeli air defense systems were activated in the evening hours as a result of UAV attacks launched from Lebanon. Despite the preventive missile fire, some UAVs hit the Zaura region in the occupied Golan Heights. Two Israeli soldiers were injured in the attack and taken to hospital.
Lebanese Hezbollah said in a statement that it carried out an air operation in the Zaura region in retaliation for the Israeli army’s attacks on the Palestinian people. Hezbollah’s operation targeted Israeli soldiers and Iron Dome air defense systems.
