Ataşehir Municipality also supports the “Plastic-Free July” movement, which was launched worldwide to encourage environmentally friendly living habits and draw attention to the harms of plastic use.
As part of the event to be held by Ataşehir Municipality on July 1st at Ata Kültür Cafes, free coffee and tea will be served to everyone who comes with their cups and thermoses.
Complimentary Coffee and Tea
- On July 1, Ata Culture Cafes will offer free filter coffee and tea to visitors who bring a reusable cup or thermos.
- The refreshments will continue from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 at night.

Ataşehir Mayor Onursal Adıgüzel stated that “400 million tons of plastic waste harms the environment around the world every year and important steps must be taken for a sustainable future” and invited citizens to adopt environmentally friendly habits.
