It was reported that clashes occurred as a result of the ambush of occupying Israeli forces in Shujaiyah. It was shared that there were dead and wounded Israeli soldiers in the clashes. It was reported that Israeli helicopters evacuated the dead and wounded.
Groups cooperating with the Abdulkadir Husseini Brigades targeted an Israeli army Apache helicopter flying over Shujaiyah with a SAM-7 missile. It was reported that the helicopter was hit as a result of this attack. It was also reported that three Merkava IV type tanks were targeted in Shujaiyah and that Israeli forces entering the neighborhood were met with mortar fire. The Israeli army has not yet made an official statement on the issue.
