“Sea and Sun Festival” Excited Mersin!
Mersin was enlivened with this year’s popular event, the “Sea and Sun Festival”. Organized in cooperation with the Governor’s Office, Coast Guard Mediterranean Regional Command, Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Mezitli Municipality and Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the festival hosted unforgettable moments on the coast of the Soli Pompeipolis Ancient City.
An Event – Filled Second Day!
On the second day of the festival, beach volleyball, swimming and sailing races hosted exciting moments. The Ataturk portrait made of sand, the Turkish flag and sculptures of sea creatures managed to attract the attention of the visitors.
Adrenaline Filled Shows!
Flyboard, parasailing and jet ski shows performed as part of the festival amazed the audience. Coast Guard Mediterranean Regional Command teams also took precautions to ensure safety during the shows at sea.
Simge Sagin Took the Stage!
The festival, which was hosted by the magnificent performance of the famous artist Simge Sağın, ended enthusiastically after the concerts. The participants collected unforgettable memories at the Sea and Sun Festival.
