Nastasyin criticized the invitation of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers to the NATO Summit, condemning the efforts of the United States to increase its influence in the region, accusing them of weakening security mechanisms and causing regional tensions.
Russia’s Relations with Neighboring Countries
Nastasyin also touched on Russia’s relations with neighboring countries, saying that the US and its European allies were trying to create chaos in Ukraine and the South Caucasus to disturb Russia. He emphasized Russia’s efforts to ensure security in the region.
Destructive Approaches
Nastasyin also accused Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia of destructive approaches towards the South Caucasus, stating that security and stability in the region should be ensured by the countries of the region.
