President Erdogan Continues NATO Summit Talks

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan continues his contacts in Washington DC, the capital of the USA, where he arrived to attend the NATO Heads of State and Government Summit.

Meeting with Zelensky

President Erdogan held a meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky. During the meeting, he stated that Turkey continues its efforts to end the Ukraine-Russia war with just peace and is working to revive the Black Sea Grain Initiative. He also emphasized that Turkey is ready for all kinds of initiatives, including mediation, to create ground for peace.

Meeting with Macron

Macron İle Görüşme

President Erdogan met with French President Emmanuel Macron. During the meeting, Turkey-France relations, the Ukraine-Russia war, Israel’s attacks on Palestine, and regional and global issues were discussed. Erdoğan emphasized the importance of increasing Turkey-France relations in all areas, and stated the necessity of reviving Turkey’s European Union membership process.

Meeting with Starmer

President Erdoğan received British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. During the meeting, bilateral relations between Turkey and the UK, as well as regional and global issues were discussed. Erdoğan stated that he could take new steps to develop Turkish-UK relations in every field, and expressed his desire for the positive course of relations to continue.
