The Palestinian Prisoner Affairs Board made a statement regarding the inhumane conditions in which Palestinian detainees live in Ofer Prison. The statement highlighted the poor detention conditions in the prison, the brutality of the guards, the use of hunger as a weapon, and seven suicide attempts resulting from medical neglect.

The statement, which stated that a lawyer visited his client in prison, stated that the Ofer Prison administration continued its acts of violence against Palestinians and left the prisoners to die.

According to the lawyer, it was stated that the prisoners in the prison were beaten and ill-treated on the pretext of being late for the count at 4 am It was also shared that the chemotherapy treatment of cancer patient Amr Abu Khalil was canceled, beaten and taken back to prison.
