The delegation, led by Fatih Canpolat, Chairman of the MUSIAD Textile, Leather and Ready-to-Wear Sector Board, visited the Organized Industrial Zones in Çardak Turakurgan and Devletabad regions. Within the scope of the visit, meetings were held with regional governors and developments in the textile sector were evaluated.
Collaboration and Opportunities Offered to Investors
The delegation was impressed by the developments in the textile sector in the Namangan region. Canpolat stated that agreements were made with the regional governors regarding qualified workforce training and collaborations. He stated that they saw great potential, especially in textile production.
Governor Shavkat Abdurazzoqov gave information about the incentives provided to investors in the region and the progress in the Specialized Organized Industry. He emphasized that the Namangan region has the capacity to produce for world brands and stated that they will do their best to attract new investors.
State President Says He Will Continue His Support
Abdurazzoqov said that they benefited from new investment opportunities supported by the President of Uzbekistan and that the region became attractive for investors. He added that they will support the delegation’s future meetings and do their best to contribute to the economic development of the region.
