Palestinian Mohammed Saad has come up with a creative solution to cope with the power cuts caused by the Israeli attacks and blockade on Gaza. Living in Jibalya Refugee Camp in northern Gaza, Saad has connected an old bicycle to a sewing machine to continue his career as a tailor.
Saad, who works as a tailor to make a living, can operate a sewing machine without electricity thanks to the mechanism he developed. Thanks to this, Saad, who struggles to support his family of five, is admired by those around him for his endurance and creativity.
