Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman and Kayseri MP İsmail Özdemir made harsh statements regarding the harassment incident that took place in Kayseri. In his statement on his social media account, Özdemir gave important messages regarding the Syrian man who sexually harassed a 5-year-old girl.
Özdemir made the following statements:
“The Syrian individual who exhibited inhumane behavior towards one of our children in Kayseri has been detained and legal action has been initiated against him. Taking into consideration the statement of the Kayseri Governorship regarding the issue, there should be no provocations that will disturb the peace of our people. Our greatest expectation for the peace and security of Turkey is for our Syrian guests to return to their country with honor.”
