Kayseri Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen (KESOB) President Şeyhi Kolayı announced that the draw for the 4th Stage TOKİ residences will take place in about a month and they will be delivered by the end of this year.
Focusir also stated that expats started to come to the city with the start of the summer season, adding that expats brought vitality to the economy and contributed to the mobilization of tradesmen. Focus is emphasized that in addition to the welcoming events held every year, expats should always be supported.
Stating that tradesmen and craftsmen should be supported, Kolayır said that citizens should do their shopping from small tradesmen and that small tradesmen should be supported to survive.
Odakır, who stated that there are approximately 50 thousand tradesmen and craftsmen in Kayseri, said that 33 thousand of them are registered with KESOB. Odakır, who emphasized that tradesmen who are not registered should be registered, said that work on this issue is ongoing.
Focus, who also provided information about the projects they have carried out as KESOB, announced that the Yeşilyurt Automotive Industrial Site and TOKİ 4th Stage residences will be delivered by the end of this year. He also stated that a project is ongoing where they will provide training on electric vehicles for auto tradesmen.

Speaking about the training project for car tradesmen, Kolayır said, “The project in which we will train our tradesmen on electric vehicles was implemented with the cooperation of the Development Agency, the Provincial Directorate of National Education and İŞKUR. We are also receiving support in “The field of technology and industry in the project, which has a total budget of 12 million TL and will last for 18 months. With this project, we aim to prepare our tradesmen for the future.”
