AK Party Deputy Chairman Hamza Dağ, who attended the Organization Picnic held at the Eskişehir Forest Nursery, made important statements at the Provincial Consultation Council Meeting held there. Dağ emphasized that the AK Party, which was put into the service of the nation 23 years ago, grew with the sweat, determination and faith of the organization members who devoted themselves to this cause.
Stating that his party has been carrying the nation’s trust of power with great responsibility for 22 years, Dağ said, “Our line, stance and struggle rose on the shoulders of our comrades. For this reason, the AK Party is the symbol of sacrifice and Devotion for the nation and the homeland. “We Don’t Take Vacations When There’s a Fire”
Emphasizing that the AK Party organizations should never allow the stones of success they have built together to be given away to self-interested circles, Dağ continued his words as follows:

We do not take a vacation when everything is on fire like some people do. We do not go to Rome for a week, Paris for a week, Germany for a week and spend time at the European Championship. We know that politics is a serious business and that we cannot have sloppy and rotten relationships like. those.”
Dağ stated that when he was a candidate for İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor during the March 31 local elections, he explained that the burden of the city’s 25-year CHP administration could not be solved with 5-year palliative solutions, and said, “It is no longer possible for us to spend the day in İzmir with day-to-day work. At this point, we are placing the choice of our nation on March 31. Nebi and I had won the Metropolitan Municipality Mayorship, we would not have been able to spend a single day outside of Eskişehir and İzmir, let alone a week in Rome, a week in Paris, or a week in Germany during this 4.5-month period .”

Stating that Istanbul and Ankara have been governed by the opposition for 5 years, and Eskişehir and İzmir for 25 years, Dağ said, “Apparently, it did not occur to invite them to Eskişehir and İzmir. They asked the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor about this .
