Hamas Political Bureau member Izzat Al-Rishk made a written statement regarding a recent issue. In his statement, Rishk said, “The investigation conducted by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz regarding the Nazi occupation army’s use of Palestinian civilians as human shields to search tunnels and buildings in Gaza once again reveals that this army is committing war crimes that must be condemned by the entire world.”
Addressing international organizations and human rights organizations, Rishk said, “I demand that the necessary steps be taken to expose and condemn the crimes committed by Israel and to hold them accountable for these crimes before the courts.” Rishk emphasized that the new crimes that emerged based on the news in question should be included in the file in the genocide case in which Israel is being tried at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
