- Log in with your TR ID number and password.
- Type “Takasbank” in the search bar
- View your BES balance on the screen that appears.
- If you want to withdraw your balance, you can get your money by applying to the relevant insurance company.

To check the payments made by the government, you can follow the steps below:
- Open the E-Government Gateway application or go to the site via browser
- Log in with your TR ID number and password.
- Type “Individual Payments Inquiry” in the search bar
- Check that the payments have been made in your name on the screen that appears.
- If there is a payment in your name, you can withdraw your money by going to the nearest PTT branch.
