The Gaza Interior Ministry has harshly criticized the Israeli army’s practices against displaced Palestinians in a statement on its official account. The ministry said that Israel is distorting the truth and trying to deceive Palestinians by publishing pictures and videos of displaced people passing through checkpoints.
The statement emphasized that the Israeli army was carrying out heinous practices such as torture, harassment and execution against displaced people and called on the international community to intervene in this situation. The ministry stated that Israel was using hunger in the Gaza Strip as a systematic policy and that pressure should be exerted to stop the displacement policy.
On the other hand, it was stated that the Israeli army had recently published maps on social media platforms claiming that citizens from Gaza and the Northern Governorates were safe, but these claims did not reflect the truth. According to eyewitnesses, the occupying Israeli army did not hesitate to capture and martyr Palestinians who passed through the checkpoint coming from the north.
