Fire Panic in Avcılar
A fire that broke out in a grassland and wooded area in the Avcılar district of Istanbul has caused great concern among the local people. The incident took place on the O3 South Side Road in Tahtakale District.It started suddenly for an unknown reason. Although there is no clear information yet on the cause of the fire, many fire crews were dispatched to the area after the report was made.
Fire crews are intervening quickly to bring the fire under control before it grows. While fire extinguishing efforts continue, the teams’ intense efforts are remarkable. Various measures are being taken to reduce the effects of the fire.
Due to this incident, Services on the Halkalı-Kapıkule train linehas also been stopped. This measure, taken for the safety of passengers, will be lifted after the fire is brought under control.
