Around 100 EU employees gathered in front of the EU Commission and EU Council buildings in Brussels to observe a minute of silence for all victims of the Srebrenica Genocide on the 29th anniversary.

The crowd gathered in Schuman Square to protest the EU’s policy towards Gaza and demand that the EU-Israel partnership agreement make arms sales from member states conditional on “respect for human rights”.

The protesters called for a ceasefire in Gaza, the release of all prisoners and the condemnation of human rights violations and crimes.
