With the cooperation of Ula District Governorate and Ula Youth and Sports District Directorate, 85 children living in the district are introduced to the historically rooted bocce sport. Thanks to this sport, children have the opportunity to both have fun and spend time with sports activities. Bocce is a deep-rooted sport dating back thousands of years and has become popular among children in Ula.

Under the management of Yasemin Miski, Bocce Coach and Physical Education Teacher operating within the Ula Youth and Sports District Directorate, children continue their training on the fields in the garden of the Ula Youth and Sports District Directorate. Students set goals for themselves by competing with each other and develop their physical and mental skills.

Parents are pleased that their children are interested in bocce and have hope for their children’s future thanks to this sport. Students dream big and shape their future with bocce.

Ula Youth and Sports District Director Yağmur Küçük stated that there is great interest in bocce branch within the scope of summer sports schools. Expressing his gratitude to Ula District Governorship and Youth and Sports Provincial Director, Küçük stated that more than 20 bocce courts were created in the garden of Ula Youth and Sports District Directorate and the necessary equipment was provided.
