Bertug Yildirim Embarks on a New Adventure
Young talent Bertuğ Yıldırım, who was transferred from Hatayspor to the French team Rennes for a transfer fee of 5 million euros at the beginning of last season, has reached an agreement with a new club.
According to the news on NTV Spor, the 22-year-old national striker shook hands with Norwich City, one of the English Championship teams.
Norwich City will pay 6 million euros to Rennes for Bertug Yildirim.This transfer was considered an important step in Bertuğ’s career, and the young player went to England to undergo medical checks.
During his time at Ligue 1 team Rennes, Bertuğ Yıldırım played in a total of 28 matches. The talented forward managed to score 1 goal during this period and also contributed to his team by making 2 assists.
