Arab League to Hold Meeting on Palestinian Demand
According to the news in the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, the Arab League will hold an extraordinary meeting of permanent representatives tomorrow. The meeting will discuss the genocidal crimes committed by occupying Israel against the Palestinian people and plans to expand illegal settlements.
According to the statements of the Permanent Representative of Palestine to the Arab League, Ambassador Muhenned Akluk, the meeting will discuss Israel’s continuing genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people and the decisions it has taken to prevent the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
Occupying Israel Decided to Legalize Illegal Settlements
The Israeli Security Cabinet, upon the request of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, approved the legalization of five illegal settlements in the West Bank’s “Area B”. This decision was taken after the division of the West Bank into Areas A, B and C within the framework of the “Second Oslo Accords” between Palestine and Israel.
While Area A of the West Bank was transferred to Palestine in terms of administration and security, Area B was transferred to Palestine in terms of administration but to Israel in terms of security, the administration and security of Area C was left entirely to Israel.
