Criminal Complaint and Detention Process of Ali Koç
Fenerbahçe Sports Club President Ali KoçHe filed a criminal complaint against the person who pushed him and all the officials who showed negligence during the match against Göztepe. Following the incident, teams from the Sports Security Branch of the Izmir Provincial Police Department found the person who pushed Koç while he was walking on the field. Fatih ÖzkanHe was detained.
The suspect, who was taken into custody, was sent to the courthouse after completing his statement at the police station. After the interrogation at the prosecutor’s office, the suspect was taken to the criminal judgment of peace with a request for arrest and was sentenced to house arrest. It was learned that Fatih Özkan was not an official manager in Göztepe, but was only there as an official.
