The Street Mode of the Kitchen, which was put into operation by the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, brings together the traditional flavors of the city with a modern design. Designed with a café concept, the venue offers its guests a comfortable dining experience with its spacious and airy interior arrangement. One of its striking features is the seating groups where customers can charge their phones, as well as the swing-shaped chairs where children can have fun while eating. There are also playgrounds where young people can socialize after their meals. With these innovations, the restaurant manages to have a different position in the city.
In addition to classic flavors such as chickpea wrap, Öcce wrap, fried wrap and pan wrap, there are also unique options such as roast wrap, malhıtalı köfte wrap, Antep cheese wrap and Antep stuffed wrap. Each wrap reflects the rich culinary culture of Gaziantep, while beverage options include water, ayran, soda and fruit juices. The meals are offered at more affordable prices than the market.

Kitchen Street Mode Manager Resul Baykara, stating that the restaurant started to serve about 3 weeks ago, said, “Our guests like our restaurant very much. Especially our young people have a pleasant time in the playgrounds after eating their meals here. Our children can eat with their families by sitting on swing-shaped chairs. The atmosphere is quite warm and friendly. “The prices are more affordable than the market, and our products are cooked in flavors suitable for Gaziantep’s gastronomy.”

Çelikadam stated that the restaurant’s unique ayran has a different aroma and said, “In this hot weather, cold ayran is refreshing and its taste harmonizes well with the dishes cooked.”
