According to CBS News, 42-year-old Elizabeth Wolf is being tried under the charge of “attempted murder” and “intentionally injuring a child under the age of 15”, as well as a “hate crime”. Wolf, whose case is being heard in Tarran County District Court, was found guilty by the jury.
